We are open 8am-5pm
7 days a week.
During our business hours, we offer courtesy rides to and from the airport, ferry terminal, Auke Bay Statter Harbor, Cruise ship docks and most areas located within 5 miles of our office. Special arrangements can be made for transportation outside of these areas and hours.
If your arrival or departure falls outside of our regular hours, we strive to accommodate your needs. Our rental rates below are based on a 24-hour rate and include unlimited mileage.
**CANCELLATION POLICY**
For 11 and 15 passenger vans, we require 30 days prior notice to the reservation date to cancel without penalty. All other vehicle sizes require 48 hours prior notice to the reservation date to cancel without penalty.
We do offer weekly and month long discounted rates. If for any reason you decide to return the vehicle prior to the pre-arranged date. The discounted pricing will be void, and you will be charged the daily rate for the days rented. You will also be charged for the remaining days scheduled, however those days will be charged at the originally agreed upon discounted rate. If we are able to rent the vehicle for the remaining days you reserved, we will refunded you for those days.
